Old Coulsdon Cupcakes WI

A Girls Night Out with a Difference

MONTHLY MEETINGS

Second Tuesday of the month, 7:45pm for 8pm start

Oasis Academy, Homefield Road, CR5 1ES

Our regular meetings usually include a speaker, followed by time to relax with a drink and a chat with fellow Cupcakes. We range far and wide in our topics, from Burlesque to Wellbeing, via handbags and magic tricks, with a few cocktails thrown in for good measure.

Find out about attending as a guest or joining us.

OUR SUB-GROUPS

We have several book groups who meet both in the daytime and the evening, including at the pub. We read a wide range of fiction and non-fiction,  crime, chic-lit and beyond.

eatingS outings AND events

We have regular Lovely Lunches and Dishy Dine-Out evenings at local restaurants, and a monthly coffee morning, and regular afternoon tea and chats.

There are frequent outings to the theatre and other events such as London Walks, visits to places of interest such as the Museum of the Home, Chelsea in Bloom, and of course our annual Mystery Trip - to a secret (of course) location.

community

We are active at local events with tea and cakes at the Eggstravaganza and selling home-made preserves at the annual Grange Park Summer Fair, brightening Old Coulsdon with our popular post box toppers and maintaining the Cupcakes garden by Bradmore Pond.

Our regular craft groups, Beryl's Purls and the Yarn Dancers do a fantastic job knitting storks for the London Neonatal transfer service, twiddle mits for dementia patients and items for other projects, including our post box toppers.

We also have a bargain hunting group, a walking netball group, walking for fitness groups and more...
